The Liberty Dental Program of America's reasonably priced annual membership fee allows individuals to use the discounts on dental services immediately after signing up for the plan. Because the network dentists are able to increase their number of patients through referrals from the plan, they can offer services at substantially reduced rates. Discounts are between 40 and 60 percent for most procedures, and never less than 25 percent. Plans are available for individuals, families, and groups.
