Not dental insurance, the program is a dental savings plan for members. Individuals and families pay an annual fee so they can take advantage of the lowered fees offered only to members by the providers in the plan's network. Employees of the State of Louisiana may choose to sign up for this program.

MSofA Dent-All Plan, Inc. Dental Program features:

• Members can choose their own dentist from the network list.
• Members pay the total amount of discounted fee in order to receive instant savings at the time of service. There are no additional co-pays.
• Members may use a service as foten or as little as they choose.
• The plan includes the following dental services:
• General dentistry
• Braces or orthodontic work
• Periodontal or gum disease care
• Dentures or bridges (prosthodontics)
• Children's dentistry (pedodontics)
• Members enjoy a savings of between 20 and 80 percent.
• There are no deductibles before you begin to receive discounts for services because the plan is not insurance.
• Pre-existing conditions are not excluded.
• Spouses and dependent children are covered under the family plan, including full-time students, who are considered to be dependents until  the age of 25.
• The plan's dental specialists charge a flat 25 percent less than their normal fees. Specialist services include wisdom tooth extraction, root canals, braces, dentures, bridges, or treatments for gum disease.
• Any lab fees or other services not itemized will be discounted at a 25 percent savings.
