• Routine check-ups can be as low as $12 per visit.
• You may choose any dentist in the network.
• One low annual fee is all it takes to join as either an individual or a family.
• Spouses and dependent children to age 18 -- or 23 if a full-time student – are the family members eligible to be in the plan.
• Basic dental care includes X-rays, cleanings, and sealants - which are especially helpful for preserving children's teeth.
• Pediatric dentists charge the specialist's discounted rate.
• Pre-existing conditions are not excluded.
• Referrals are not necessary to see a specialist.
• Braces (orthodontia) are available through the plan.
• Because this plan is not dental insurance, there are no co-pays or deductibles. The reduced rates are all you ever pay.
• Claim submission is eliminated.
• There are no waiting periods or restrictions (including lifetime or annual maximums) on how often you use the plan. All services provided by network dentists is included.
