Qualident Dentist Network

Qualident proudly stresses the comprehensive process they utilize to qualify the dentists in their network. The company reviews state licenses, checks for malpractice insurance coverage and malpractice history, researches and monitors any state disciplinary actions against the dentist, and carefully checks the dentist's Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification to be sure those practitioners have the proper licensing and training to administer anesthetics during procedures. Network dentists must pledge to treat all patients alike, whether or not they are Qualident members, and must agree to the discounted fee structure. • Members of the Qualident plan may change dentists within the group at any time.
• You can see your dentist as often as you want to.
• The savings plan covers braces for children and adults. Members often use the plan with their with dental insurance to cover this expense more fully.
• Individual and family savings plans may be paid for annually.
• Discounts are available on all dental procedures, including X-rays and orthodontia treatments. Savings range from 18 to 60 percent.
• Group rates are available. Because it isn't insurance, the plan does not require referrals to specialists, co-pays, or deductibles. The dentist must be paid the discounted rate at the time that the service is performed.
