Signature Wellness Plan Features

A modest annual fee allows membership in this savings plan (average 30 percent savings). There are no annual limits to the number or types of procedures, important when making sure your child is receiving adequate preventive dental care. To ensure optimum coverage and flexibility, a wide variety of dental procedures are available at the low, plan-negotiated price.

There is no need to file a claim form for an insurance benefit. The price is already low; you pay the dental provider directly. The only exclusion for a pre-existing condition is if the work is already in progress. Also, since this plan is not insurance, there are no background checks or age restrictions. All family members are included.
