UNI-CARE 100 Discount Dental Plan Features

This plan offers a high level of freedom and personal control, enabling members to choose any dentist within the plan.  There are no referrals necessary to see a specialist, so you take control of who you see, and when. There are no claim forms, co insurance, or deductibles, as this is not an insurance policy. There are also no annual or lifetime maximums for treatment, and no lengthy waiting periods before treatment can begin. This plan also promises no pre-existing condition exclusions or predetermination of benefits.

Savings range from 10 to 50 percent for general dentistry services, with an average of 30 percent discount. Services not listed are discounted 15 percent. Basic services available to members of the plan include exams, cleanings, X-rays, and panoramic film. Specialist services include braces or orthodontia, gum disease treatments, wisdom tooth extraction, root canals, crowns, dentures, and bridges.

There is a thirty-day cancellation period, to ensure customer satisfaction.
